Description
Diameter of the bushes: 18.5/8.2 mm
The kit consists of:
- 6 aluminium bushes (5 big bushes and 1 small bushes) with high quality Viton O-Ring, resistant to engine oils and high and low temperature;
- the adhesive to secure the connection;
- EGR valve blanking plate with 2 gaskets.
Removal kit is suitable for:
ALFA ROMEO 2.4 20V JTD Multijet
FIAT 2.4 20V JTD Multijet
LANCIA 2.4 20V JTD Multijet
This kit allows you to re-use the original inlet/induction manifold with the swirl flaps removed, meaning there are no further issues with the manifold.
Warning: in the manifold can be two sizes of swirl flaps, please check the diameter before you buy.
Warning: when fitting this kit, you must leave the flap actuation motor and connected electrically but disconnect the lever arm.
