Order processing time
An approximate delivery date is marked next to each product, which starts from the moment of confirmation of the order. If the order consists of several products, then the longest of the delivery dates is counted. If the order is placed on a working day after 2 p.m., it is processed on the next working day.
The order is completed and shipped within 24 hours (1 working day). In cases when the product is not available at the distributor, the delivery date may be extended. In that case, the customer shall be informed by an e-mail. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except holidays and public holidays that are in force in Poland. In case of breaks in the operation of the shop the customers are informed on the shop websites or by e-mail.

The TAFMET shop has no influence on the specific hour of the order delivery by the courier company. When the package is sent, we send an e-mail message with the consignment note number.
You may also collect the ordered products personally. We work from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. You are kindly requested to make a prior arrangement of the date of receipt.
The date of receipt of the package = shipping date + delivery time.
In the case of bank transfer, the date of receipt of the package is extended by the date of a bank transfer.
