DISA valve plug for BMW 3' E46 5' E39 7' E38 Z3 E36 with M52 B20 B25 B28 engines

Intake manifold DISA adjuster plug with OE Viton O-Ring, oil as well as low and high temperature resistant.

This particular version of the O-ring is well polished which causes better sealing.

Material  - high quality aluminum.

Designed and manufactured by Polish tuning company Tafmet.

After installing this particularplug, the valve must be re-programmed to avoid appearance of the error.

Item Description:

This valve in the intake low engine, controls the flow of the substances going through  the intake manifold.

To sum it up, in the lower parts it improves the torque and its flow. It is fully controlled by the vacuum.

However, in a supercharged engine, it is useless, as it causes overpressure which leads to a situation where the valve does not fulfill its role.

If you attach a turbo or a compressor to an intake low engine, the DISA valve should be removed as it is unnecessary.
